Can't get pass the "Initializing installer" while trying to istall photoshop trial version

Files were downloaded from Adobe website, After Pressing "Set Up" A window pups saying  "Initializing installer" . After the green Bar is complete the window shuts down and nothing happens.

Same goes for Dreamweaver.

Currently running trial for "Captivate" on my computer.

This document is for CS3 but I am guessing that it should help you too: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/402/kb402426.html. If a customer support person is available for chat, a chat window appears using which you can work with the customer support person to resolve your problem.
