Can't I get an adobe audition?

When ı try to setup Adobe Audition CC trial version I get this error: (Picture 1) It say try again installer couldn't get some important folders.Error Code: P42.

After that i tried to install with adminastrator mode i got this error : Error Code: P21 It say Your computer version is old. Do you want to get adobe you can get an older version? BUT THERE IS NOT ANY OLDER VERSION OF AUDITION THAT I CAN DOWNLOAD. CAN'T I GET ANY [expletive removed]  ADOBE AUDITION? I NEED [expletive removed] ADOBE AUDITION. OKAY MY COMPUTER IS NOT ENOUGH FOR NEW VERSION. BUT THAT IS NOT PROBLEM I CAN USE THE OLD VERSION. PLEASE HELP ME.Does Adobe think if you have old computer you can not get any product of us?

MertCelik1616 error P42 occurs when Windows either unable to validate the digital signature or the operating system is not up to date.  Please check for any available updates for your installation of Windows you are attempting to install Audition CC on.  For more details please see Error code 42 or 72 when installing Adobe Creative Cloud​.

I don't see any images in your post.

If you are on the latest version of the CC app, you should be able to twirl down the arrow next to any app to see older versions to install.

What are your computer's specs?

I didn't put image because it is in Turkish and i said the error codes.If images can be helpful okay,i can put them.
