Can't install apps!

Hi, just signed up. Getting the spinning wheel when I try to download apps. I checked and I do have some plug-ins and preferences for CS5 and CS6 despite having uninstalled both. And now the uninstallers are gone, since I uninstalled.   Ran Adobe CC Cleaner and it doesn't see them. Any advice? Thanks!
