Hello,

I can`t install Creative Cloud after reinstalling Windows. I get error code 1, can`t install Creative Cloud.

I have tried the following:

  • Redownload Create Cloud
  • Restart computer
  • Update Windows
  • Reinstall Windows
  • AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool (this found none Adobe programs on my computer)
  • Run the installation with Admin rights

Any ideas? The only option for support was to post on the forum.

Just to confirm have you tried to download the Creative Cloud desktop app from the following link as well: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.

If yes, then i would recommend you to perform a manual cleanup of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine to do so kindly follow the troubleshooting steps given here: Creative Cloud Wont install to Windows

I followed all the steps, and thank you, that actually solved the installation problem! Very good!

But however, now I see an error I have never seen before.

In Creative Cloud many apps can`t be installed because they seem already installed. I have the option to "Open" the apps, but they have never been installed on this computer after Windows has been reinstalled. Should I open a new thread?
