Can`t install Creative Cloud - Error code 1

Hello,

I can`t install Creative Cloud after reinstalling Windows. I get error code 1, can`t install Creative Cloud.

I have tried the following:

  • Redownload Create Cloud
  • Restart computer
  • Update Windows
  • Reinstall Windows
  • AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool (this found none Adobe programs on my computer)
  • Run the installation with Admin rights

Any ideas? The only option for support was to post on the forum.

Just to confirm have you tried to download the Creative Cloud desktop app from the following link as well: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.

If yes, then i would recommend you to perform a manual cleanup of Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app from your machine to do so kindly follow the troubleshooting steps given here: Creative Cloud Wont install to Windows

Sorry that you are having trouble installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app on your machine, i would recommend you to try the troubleshooting steps shared in the following help document and see if that helps: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.

You may also try downloading the Creative Cloud desktop app directly from here and install it: Download Creative Cloud desktop app.

    Already tried these steps. But I tried them again and it didnt work.
