Can't install Creative Cloud - Error Code P1

I can't install anything Adobe, even Creative Cloud. Everything gives me this error:

Help please, I already tried doing the basic troubleshooting provided here but the issue is still existing.

 

Not sure if this is relevant but I tried removing Adobe Illustrator by deleting in the Applications folder (not by using the uninstaller). I already used the CC Cleaner tool so I'm not sure if this is the cause.

Sam3pi0l, do you have an active Creative Cloud membership?  If so, what type of membership are you using?  There is no membership assigned to the e-mail address you are using to post to this public discussion forum.

 

If you are attempting to evaluate Adobe applications, then do you own and manage the computer and network it is connected too?
