Hi there! I've been trying to install an update to creative cloud mnager, but it always halts at 5%. I tried it many times. Tried also to uninstall and reinstall, but a message appears stating that I can´t do it because creative cloud is necessary to manage other adobe products. I tried also to download the creative cloud setup and reinstall it without uninstalling it first, but it freezes at some point of the installation too. What can I do now, please?

Then click on below link and download direct Installer file  mentioned in step 2.

It will directly starts installation process right away.

Step 2)

Once you had downloaded Zip file , extract it and then run setup.exe to install Adobe Creative cloud application.
