Can't install creative cloud

How is it possible that creative cloud does not install on my new laptop with Windows 10, I get this error. I have never had these problems installing anything, what the heck?! How do I cancel my subscription?

I've used the uninstaller, cleaner, etc. The only thing I haven't tried is the administrator account, but the account I log in with is already admin, this software seems to have serious problems here. And I see lots of posts from people with the same problems with no solutions.
