Hi,
in these days I tried to install the Creative Cloud app but without success. I already tried this Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't open or shows a spinning progress wheel and this Utilizzo di Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool per la risoluzione dei problemi di installazione but I still have the same problem. then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud.

I have had the same problem for months now. This solution offered does not work. Adobe simply has terrible support. There is no way to contact directly through chat.

I agree I worked with a tech after waiting days an it worked... for TWO DAYS. Now I'm back uninstalling and getting stuck at 78%

So I had this problem and none of the solutions worked since I was installing this on my daughters computer which has a whole bunch of child blockers on it and the one thing that helped was installing as administrator, just right click on creative cloud and install as Admin, worked like a charm, I don't know if the Ad blockers being disabled helped but if installing it as Admin doesn't work, follow the other solutions as well, goodluck!

Does anyone know if the SSE2 is important and maybe there is something to be activated in the bios? I have an AMD Ryzen 7 2700. And then, does it make sense to try and install Adobe CC in a Virtual Machine?
