Hi, I bought CS5.5 Master collection and I have original serial number but I can't install it?

What to do and who can I contact for help?

I have exact same issue. I own a copy of CS5.5 Master Collection. I am trying to install just Acrobat X Pro on my new PC (64-bit with Windows 7 Professional) and I get an error message that says 'Invalid Serial Number' when I enter the Serial Number I have.

What operating system?

What are your computer specs?

Have you installed it in the past?

I bought it from one German company who bought it from Adobe

I bought it before two or three years

Windows 64 bit

PC is strong enough

I tried to install it but not succeeded

Windows 7, 8, or 10?

If it is 10 that could explain the issue. The software is too old for the system.
