Can't install Elements 10 update

I just bought and downloaded Photoshop Elements 10 upgrade. I can't install it. When I click on "launch" I get the error message "windows can't open this file: photoshopelements_10_LS_15.7z". I try to find the download on my computer and can't.

Conversely I also removed Acrobat X from my old computer and re-activated it on this computer with no problems.

Any ideas please?

Go to the location where you have saved your downloaded file and use the normal procedure (right-click, select unzip, and choose the application) to unzip your file.
