Does your computer meet or exceed the recommended system requirements for Photoshop? Was this working before, or is this a new purchase?

Make sure your computer meets the minimum CPU & GPU requirements. Most Creative Cloud apps work on these systems, no more than 2 versions back:

Hello,
my computer is a Mac Mini 2018 with Intel i5 Multicore, 1.5 GB Video RAM, 32 GB RAM.
I running MacOS Sequoia 15.7.2
This was working with another subscription (Pro) some month ago. I canceled this subscription a few month ago.
My current subscription (Photo 20GB) is a prepaid subscription for 12 month. It is paid until November 2026.
So, no problem with my subscription or hardware requirements.

Sorry you aren't able to use your active subscription, Tino. Do you receive any specific error messages when you try to begin the installation process through the Creative Cloud Desktop app? You can find information on how to discover any fatal errors at https://adobe.ly/3JCWKuw. ^JW

I did a fresh install after running the creative cloud cleaner tool.
Installation of creative cloud app was running fine, no errors.
In the creative app there is no option to download any app included in my subscription.

Thanks, Tino, then I would concur with others and recommend you focus on your security software and firewall settings to verify they are not blocking the computer from reaching our servers.
I do see that you were able to use the desktop applications on November 15th, if you aren't using it on another computer, then you may want to focus on any changes that were made on November 15th and 16th, that could have resulted in the computer being blocked from seeing the active subscription. ^JW

No changes to the computer in the last 2 days. It never worked with the photo subscription.
I guess there is something wrong with my subscription. The crreative cloud says "plan information unavailable"
