Can't install Photoshop

Hello Can anyone help me i want to download the tryal version of photoshop and it say installation faild. I have 60 Gb free space and i have Windows 8.1 pro

Could somebody help me ?

Please check if you have the below mentioned update on your computer from Microsoft.

Visual C++ Runtime 2015 Update

After you install the update, restart the computer and the n start with the installation.
