Can't open font tab in creative cloud element section

Hi,

I can't open the files or fonts tab, when I go into the elements section of creative cloud. There is a spinning blue ring, but nothing else (see below).

I have logged out with no change. I re-installed creative cloud but also no reaction.

Any other ideas?
