Can't open the chat window - had this problem for over a month now

Hello there,

It has been a while since I was last able to open a chat window on the website support page. I wìhave done it many times but in the last month, I wasn't able to do it. At first, I thought it was a technical problem, but it has been like that for quite a while.

When I am on the support page, I choose from the drop-down menus the options, but when I get on the last menu where it clearly states the chat option and the opening hours, the button is unclickable.

I apologize if this is the wrong section of the forum, but I have been looking and this was the best I could do.

This chat tab is actually clickable but if it doesn't give you any result after click then please try after changing your location from the bottom left on this page.

I have done it already.

I can assure you the tab is not clickable. It just acts as a text box and I

doesn't allow me to interact with it. When I hover over it, the cursor just

turns to the text type, but it doesn't how any form of interaction.

That seems very familiar.  I have tried to get onto web chat and  been told i was 1st in line with 0 minute wait time then told i was 2nd in line with 1 minute wait time.

Over the next 20 minutes i was informed 9 times i was now 1st in line with 0 minute wait time.

Clearly Adobe do not have any issue with telling the truth to their customers and have no idea on good customer relationships.
