Can't uninstall any apps

I can't uninstall any of the Adobe apps, it says that they're open even though they're not. I have three other threads along with this detailing the issues I'm having with After Effects, Photoshop, and Animate ever since the update to CC 2015.2

Documents are wrong

After Effects won't open

Animate won't open

Hi Nexahs1138,

Please utilize the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application uninstaller utility available at Uninstall the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application to remove the current installation of the Creative Cloud apps. 

The utility will automatically close any Adobe related processes as part of the uninstall process.
