CAN'T UNINSTALL

Hello!

I am trying to uninstall Creative Cloud and ALL Adobe programs from my MacBook. It won’t let me !

It says uninstall failed, then links me to a support page telling me to run CC Cleaner… I run that and yet it still won’t uninstall.

I’m not an idiot with computers, I've been trying to remove it all week but am now too frustrated and annoyed. How do I remove the stupid thing completely! I want my computer back to as if adobe had never been installed (but my Lightroom photos still stored in documents as normal).

Please help!

Unfortunately, when I try the first step in your first link, it simply says: 'Uninstall unavailable'
