Hi.

I have some problems, when I try to update Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign in Creative Cloud, it fail after 5 seconds.
It can't download the newest apps.

I can install the old 2015 versions, but if I try 2015.5 or 2016 or 2017, it fails.
I have tried to reinstall all programs, and Creative Cloud, but its the same problem, when I try to install the newest version again.

There is no problem with Adode Reader and Photopshop lightroom.

I am running Windows 7, 64 bit, and my colleagues that have the same OS, have no problems, and she could update to 2017.

And I have Creative Cloud v. 3.9.1.335

Can you help me, with this problem?

I'm running Windows 10 and have tried to install the newest version of the Adobe Creative Cloud App so I can access Lightroom 6. After many attempts it always comes up with an error message two thirds the way through? I've turned off my virus protection, I've it via my Administrator etc. It stills comes with an error message nearing completion.
