Hey people, unfortunately I can't find any direct contact to adobe and If I try and use the chat it seems to be never available... Long story short I use the CC (student subscription) on my PC but now I want to download it on my MBP 2018... Unfortunately adobe tells me to subscribe although I already am subscribed and can still use the applications on my PC. How can I solve this issue?
Thanks for your help in advance!
Hi,
The problem has nothing to do with the installation on a second machine but simply a communication problem between your machine and the Adobe servers,
Please check your Hosts file as explained below:

Contact Customer Care to contact Adobe. I had never had a problem to contact via chat.
With CC you have 2 active sign ins at your disposal. So it should be now problem. This is true when you have a standard CC license (student or not student is only a question of the price).
So what you need to do is to look into your account at adobe.com and go to "Manage account", then "Manage plan":
Scroll down to the end and look at the activated devices:
If there are 2 devices you should deactivate one to get CC on your new computer. If there is only one, you can sign in and you activated the device your working on.
If you have a license from your university, you need to contact their support.
If this does not solve your problem, post back with all information required:
It also helps to show screenshots of your situation, just make sure to edit out private information (as I did...).
