install the cc desktop app from here https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.
if you have trouble downloading the cc desktop app or you see an error message when trying to install, make sure you have a compatible os (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/system-requirements.html), and use the alternative download links at page bottom here, https://helpx.adobe.com/in/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
if you then see trial buttons in the cc desktop app where (eg, photoshop) you expect to see, install:

So I paid for the full thing on the website then I downloaded the desktop version of it and when I open the app, I have to pay everything again so I'm just confused... and the photoshop program it says I have to try it or buy it even though I bought the full version

Zero_Zero, sorry you cannot use the Adobe software or service you purchased. Did you purchase your subscription from Adobe? I don't see an active membership under the e-mail address you used to post to this public discussion forum.
