Question

Can't verify student account because I can't receive emails using it

Hello, a week ago I purchased the student version of the Adobe Creative Cloud using my school email. It worked fine until today, where it wouldn't let me use anything because I still had to verify my email, the only problem is, my student email can't actually receive emails. That means I cannot do anything to verify it.

I can't even log into the website or anything, so I was wondering if there was any way I could change the email I used or get a refund or anything. Thanks

Why does your student e-mail address not work? That is quite strange.

If your student e-mail address can't receive mail, why did you use it for your primary Adobe contact address?   Why do you think you need a working e-mail account?

Log-in to your Adobe Account with your e-mail and password. Click on Profile to change your e-mail address to a working one.

How much time do I have to submit my school identification before the order expires?

If you purchased directly from Adobe via Adobe.com or phone in North America, you have 14 days to submit your proof of eligibility. If you purchased on Adobe.com in other regions, or if you purchased from a reseller, you have six days to submit your proof of eligibility.  If an order expires, you receive email notification and it's necessary to place the order again.

Since you just made your purchase a week ago, you are within the 14-days days where you can cancel without penalty.
