Is it really so hard to provide an option to allow a user to cancel their creative cloud suite subscription through the website? If there is one you've hidden it so well that I must congratulate you.

How to cancel your Adobe Creative Cloud plan or membership

If you purchased your plan directly from Adobe, you can cancel it at any time through the Adobe website.

If you purchased your plan from a seller other than Adobe, contact the seller for assistance.

For Creative Cloud for teams subscription cancellation requests, contact the support: Contact Customer Care .

.... except you can't - have you tried? There is no way to do this - if there is they've hidden it pretty well.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    The item 3 of the link says:

    Do one of the following:

    • Under Plan details, click Cancel plan
    • If Cancel plan is not displayed, contact us to cancel your subscription.

    So there is a chance the 'Cancel plan' link is not displayed in some situations.

    I've just checked my account and the link is there.

    Please check again if your link is there and if it isn't I ask you to contact us.
