I would like to cancel my subscription to CC. ... I have tried many ways to do it and still not successful.

I also would like to cancel my subscription. Because I am not using the products enough to justify the monthly fee.

Adobe do not make this easy.

I am happy to pay the remaining months then have it stop; other online companies have this option and make it easy to use.

There is no cancel subscription option on my product page.

I must contact them. Chat is closed, phone only during Pacific Time 5am to 7pm.

No email address I can ask a question or state my reasons or what I would like.

This is absolutely designed to make people stay, and that makes me want to cancel all the more and never use Adobe products again.

In reality my situation may change and I may find a need for the Adobe products in the future. But this experience may make me not choose Adobe.

Canceling is quite simple. Go to adobe.com, sign in, click manage account and cancel whatever product you want to cancel.

Chat is not closed, it’s 24/7. I never had a problem getting someone to chat with.

But as you have problems getting in touch with Adobe, I’ve asked Adobe to contact you. You will get a message from a Adobe staff member (Needs to have a Staff badge!).

Would you like to cancel the subscription purchased on 20 Jun 2018? Please confirm. Once canceled,  the CC will stop working within a few hours though you might have paid for the month.
