If none of this work (i.e. you can't cancel on your own), then please contact Adobe Customer Care by clicking the following link:
Choose "Account issues" > "Cancel my membership" > click the blue "Show me my contact options" button and
choose "Chat" -or- "Phone" under "3. Would you like to contact us?".
