How stupid is this cancellation fee when I actually want to upgrade and give adobe more money.
I'm currently on single app In Design. I've been on it for over a year (so paid a full year already), which then rolled over to the next year for a couple of months. Now I decided I wanted to upgrade (of course it tell you you can upgrade AT ANY TIME), but alas, now they tell me I have to cancel my single app subscription and pay $100 cancellation fee and then re buy the ALL APPS.
THAT, ADOBE, IS NOT AN UPGRADE, THAT IS A CANCELLATION AND RE BUYING OF A PRODUCT. SO WHY DO YOU SAY WE CAN UPGRADE AT ANY TIME. THIS IS BULLSHIT.
Hence I will no longer be upgrading for another 10 months and adobe will lose out on my extra $30/month I would have been giving them.

When you have already a subscription you can't lace an order until you cancel the existing plan .You need to change the plan and not place a new order :
