Cancelled account - payment still taken? Live chat not working

Hi,

I took out a student subscription in January 2018 as I needed it for a weekend, I cancelled the membership 3 days later and got a notification to say I would be refunded the £16.24 but I never got the money back AND another payment has been taken from my account on the 23rd Feb. I have tried live chat but when I get as far as typing the message the "Send Message" button will not work...HELP

Use a modern desktop browser that supports cookies and does not have script blocker add-ons.  Try Chrome or Firefox.
