Question
Cancelled within 14 days, still charged early cancellation fee.
I signed up for adobe cc on Sep 24th, and cancelled on Oct 8th. On the 14th day, but still within the terms I agreed to. I was still charged a fee. Sat on support chat for over an hour waiting for a real person - no response. I'd rather not have to deal with a chargeback through my credit card, but I will be doing that. Can anyone help me move forward with this?
