Cancelling Adobe Creative Cloud Membership

Hey,
I'm trying to cancel my adobe creative cloud membership as it's going to renew itself on march 22nd.
I logged into my profile, went to my subscriptions --> manage subscription --> then I get to the page where I can see the past bills/invoices. On top I see "Creative Cloud (all applications)" but next to it there is no change or cancel subscription button. This is what the helpx.adobe support writes but unfortunately it doesn't work.

It might be because there seems to be "a problem with the billing information" which can't be because the money is still taken from my account every month. I already tried to update it, then delete my cash and cookies and refresh the page but it still says that there's a problem with the billing/payment information.

I'd be happy if someone could help me out on this as I don't want my subscription to renew by itself.

Thanks!
