Cancelling before 14 days ?
So I read the "cancel before 14 days and get a full refund" but is that 100% definite ? I don't want to cancel on my 3rd day and find out I've been charged a cancellation fee for the remaining year.

Annual contract, direct debit and bank transfer
Service begins as soon as your order is processed (or after funds are received from bank transfer or convenience store payment). Full payment of the stated annual rate, plus applicable taxes, is due within 30 days of placing your order. Your contract will renew automatically, on your annual renewal date, until you cancel. Renewal rates are subject to change, but you will be notified of any change in your rate with the option to cancel in accordance with these terms. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 14 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of your contracted term. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Manage Account page* or by contacting Customer Support.
