I have contacted customer service four days ago to cancel my subscription of creative cloud. But I still haven’t received any cancellation confirmation. Turns out I received an subscription renewal reminder today. Did my subscription cancelled or not?

Hello everyone,

please keep in mind that Holidays were happening in the last few days. Adobe's Staff members are just humans, too

Have you checked your Account page? Under "Plans & Products", you should be able to see, if your subscription has been cancelled or not.

Please check your Spam folder. Make sure that e-mails from Adobe are not getting placed there.

In any case, I'm tagging Rajashree Bhattacharya - she'll be able to help both of you.

Kind Regards,
Mau

I clicked on ”manage plan”. Under account status of the creative cloud, it says non applicable and it also shows the next charging date. So, I am confused if the subscription has been cancelled or not.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

phone:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...

I did not order the 2 accounts for Adobe pro that u are charging me for! I've filed a disbute with my Credit charge Co and will burn this card if u do not refund me and cancel these 2 account that I did not order.  I do not want any further service from u and will change all my file formats  to another application because of this abuse of my credit card and u arbitrary charges to my account!
