Hello! Due to the requirement of remote work, I downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app for Windows 10 following my supervisor's instructions. I then downloaded Photoshop and Acrobat DC from the app.

When I tried to open Acrobat DC, I was asked to sign in, and then prompted to either start a 7-day trial or enter a license serial number (see following two photos). For Photoshop, on the other hand, the software downloaded perfectly and I was able to use Photoshop immediately without additional information.

I contacted my supervisor and he checked the email address he had registered for me, which was correct. I also restarted my computer and tried launching Acrobat DC from my Windows Start menu instead of from the Creative Cloud app.

How can I access Acrobat DC without entering a serial number for the license? Any help is much appreciated.
