Hi, anyone here know why can't I add a new credit card?
The situation is as follows:
My Annual Adobe CC individual plan expires on March 15 2022.
In the Adobe CC billing platform there is still the credit card of my OLD company.
But I have a NEW company and would like to change the credit card accordingly.
There is a statement that you cannot change credit card ON the day of the payment.
But that is not the case. Today is February 13 2022. And the payment will only happen on March 15 2022.
However Adobe CC billing system would not allow me to add a new credit card?
Anyone knows why.
I tried to open a chat with Adobe Creative Cloud people but as I have an individual plan, that is not possible anymore (when I had an enterprise plan it was).
Please help, because I do not want the new annual payment to happen from my old company which is sleeping (nobody is employed there so there is no reason to pay annual subscription. Our tax inspection could notice that and I could be in trouble.
