Cannot install - Fix for error code 72?

Hi,

I was directed to uninstall and reinstall by the forum to resolve an issue with Illustrator CC suddenly not opening. Now I cannot get it to install, and continuously get Error Code 72. I've tried what other forums suggest, including 'Run as administrator' and disabling firewalls and security. Can someone please help me get past this so I can install Illustrator CC again? Thanks
