Cannot Launch Creative Cloud On Mac

I'm posting again on my personal account, when I posted last time I was still logged into an old account:

This is the third time I've come to this community seeking an answer to this question. I have never received a solution to my problem and now since I need to download Premiere and can't, I have to deal with this problem again.

Creative Cloud does not launch on my machine. The icon does not appear in the upper toolbar, and when I try and launch it from Finder, literally nothing happens. Every other person I've seen who has this problem at least gets an error or a spinning wheel, or blank box but I get nothing. Nothing at all happens. I just keep clicking the icon and keep getting nothing. I've tried deleting, reinstalling, restarting, emptying the OOBE folder, nothing works.

I have a program called "Little Snitch" installed on my machine which halts a program from sending out information which I thought might be causing issues so I turned it off and it still doesn't work. I really need some help with this because like I said I really need Premiere on this machine.

Thank for sharing the update, as you have mentioned that you are using "Mac OS Sierra beta", this issue could be related to that, as Adobe has not tested our applications on this operating system.

However, you may contact our support team for further troubleshooting, see:

Hi Charles%20Ferran,

As you have tried almost all the basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue, I would recommend you to try the steps shared in the following thread as well and share the results: illustrator reinstalling free trial 1 day old!

Awaiting your response.

Thanks for the response. Did everything step by step and the problem persists. There is 'one' difference now, the spot where the icon should show up on the toolbar shows up now. The other icons move over to make room for it but there is still nothing there and no CC.

I was using the MacOS Sierra beta and actually loaded an old Time Machine backup with El Capitan loaded where I knew CC was working. I had it working for a long enough time to download Premiere but when I went to restart my machine the application disappeared again. I am utterly baffled by this problem and can't believe it can be 'SO' bad for me yet so rare for everyone else.
