Cannot Open any of Adobe Suite in Windowed Mode

Good day everyone.  I have been digging through preferences, menus, forums, and Google and cannot for the life of my make any Adobe product open in anything but full screen.  I run a 3 monitor setup, and so having Photoshop, Rush, Audition, etc open across my entire desktop just to be resized every time is quite obnoxious.

I'm running updated Abode Suite on Windows 10.  Thanks for any help in advance!
