Cannot Purchase Creative Cloud subscription
I sign in, put in the credit card stuff, all the information is correct (I've tried different credit cards), but when I hit confirm, it keeps spinning and nothing happens. I've contacted the staff but they said there were problems with the website and told me to try again later.. This is 3 days later, and I still can't purchase it and the same problem occurs. I want to buy the 'Photography Bundle'. Please help. Also I am underage so I use my parent's credit card and when I go in the purchase page, it changes the 'signed in as' from my name to the holder of the credit card's name (which is my mom).
