Cannot reinstall creative cloud for iPhone

Dear team, my CC app was stuck and could not work with it. I decided to delete the app and install again. However after deleting the app, somehow it still remained on my phone - is still listed in Settings and can't download it from App Store (offers to Open the app). It seems it is still running somehow as I can search for it on my phone and open the app, but after opening it is still stuck in the same way when I wanted to reinstall it.
