Hello,

I already purchased my one year membership, but before that I tried the Adobe Illustrator and photoshop trial. When I try to run the program, Now already purchased, it keeps telling me that the Trial is already expired.

Please can anybody help me with this problem ?

Thanks.

Helly Sheena,

I have the same problem, and just tried to do the steps which are shown in the link. Unfortunately, that doesn't work. What is the next solution? My patience is almost done....
