I have been updating some apps from 2019 to 2020 on Win10 on my Dell Precison M6700 laptop over the last couple of weeks.
Today, I installed the latest versions of Audition (v13) and Bridge (v10), restarted and then ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool on Au (v12) and br (v.9). I then restarted again. On retsart, I found both Au v12 and Br v9 still listed in my programme list. I checked the Cleaner tool and Au v12 and v Br v9 had gone. I then checked the Control Panel in Windows and found both the 2019 Au & Br versions still listed.
I ran uninstall from the Control Panel and restarted, but nothing happened. I tried the uninstall option in the programmes listed at the start and still nothing happens, although the Adobe Cleaner Tool cannot see them. I can still launch them, so it's not a case of an artifact icon.
Has anyone any ideas how I can uninstall these unwanted apps out?

in the future use the cc app to uninstall. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
at this point try resetting the cc app:
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press: Win: Ctrl + Alt + R Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

Thanks, I will try to reset. At the moment it does not appear (as far as Adobe is concerned it doesn't exist...)
