Cannot uninstall Creative Cloud

Hi all,

I am trying to uninstall Creative Cloud from my laptop (PC, Windows 10) but nothing is working. Or rather, it seems to be uninstalled, but isn't.

The programs are still appearing on my apps list, but when I try and open them, nothing happens. However, they are still taking up memory.

I have tried uninstalling through Control Panel, but nothing.

I have tried the CreativeCloudCleaner. but it is not registering the 'installed' programs.

Trying to download the Adobe Application Manager, but it won't open.

Any help would be much appreciated, as it is driving me a little crazy!

Cheers,

Henry

if you get an error message that says a restart is 'pending' and a recommendation that restart your computer before proceeding with the uninstall, ignore that and proceed with the uninstall.

if you get some other error and are not able to ignore it and proceed with uninstall, open your cc desktop app and use it to install all the programs you want to uninstall.  if that's successful, it should restore the uninstallers so you can uninstall.

what exactly are you trying to uninstall and what exactly is still installed?

eg, is the cc desktop app installed?  if so, does it show your programs can be 'opened'?

As far as the Cleaner is concerned, nothing is installed. Same with the Desktop app. However, I can launch the apps but they tell me that my trial has expired.

When I go to the installed apps menu in Windows settings, it shows all of the CC programs are still installed. When I try and uninstall them, using Windows and the uninstaller, I get an error message from Adobe, telling me to restart my computer, run Cleaner etc.

If you need any more information, please let me know.
