Hi

If i try to update through the app I get an error message saying Adobe Updater, updates have been disabled for this machine.  Please contact your administrator.

If i try to update through the Creative cloud updater it says the app is up to date.

Im using a mac.

Thanks

Correct answer kglad

Yes  Just redownloaded it from the link but still the same.

Thanks anyway

if you weren't using it before you need to clean whatever you previously did:

uninstall everything cc including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud. (if you have a win os, right click the exe > click 'run as administrator'.

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
