CANNOT Verify License

I can't use Adobe Premiere CC that I pay $20 a month for on any computer besides 1. On 1 computer I will get the "Validating software license" looping over and over and it just will never stop and will not open. On others it tells me my trial is up, and that I need to purchase a plan? All my bills are up to date and Adobe is still charging me. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Are you sure that you are looged in with the correct Adobe id?

check the license status by logging in into your account on adobe.com

uninstall the product, use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner to take away leftovers from the install and reinstall again. Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Adobe says I have an annual plan that is pain monthly and it is the correct Adobe ID. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times
