I'm trying to cancel my subscription and it is telling me I need to contact Adobe. No one is responding in the contact box. I want to cancel and remove my payment info. I DO NOT wish to automatically renew. Please help before I report this company for fraud.

Self cancel is not enabled if there are payment issues. You need to pass via Contact Customer Care as indicated by Axel.
