cant download anything

Ive gotten the account from school, and although i had a similar trouble trying to download the creative cloud app, i legitametaly cannot find a way to doanload any of the apps. The only apps i really need for the class were photoshop, premiere pro and after affects, and no matter how hard i tried i would always get error code 113, saying it couldnt connect to adobe servers, but my wifis good. After a while i tried to see if any of the other apps would download, and none of them did, pls help.
