Cant install adobe XD

When i click the download option it tells me that the app is downloading and that adobe cc will open where i can install it, but after adobe cc opens nothing happens and there is no where i can see my dowloads or apps on the desktop version of adobe cc (windows 10),

Do you have all the latest updates for Win10 Creators Update (64-bit)?

Does your computer meet the system requirements to run XD + Creative Cloud + your OS + all other software & utilities?

Please open Creative Cloud desktop app.  Click the 3 dots icon and select  Preferences from the menu.

Under the General Tab, which version of Creative Cloud desktop app do you have?
