Hey, everytime i try to install any Adobe Creative Cloud Product, it starts installing, up to 10-48% and then just stops. No Error, no anything, the installation bar just dosent load anymore no matter how long i let it run.

Hi,
I want to chip-in here as I have had Major issues myself the past three days having updated CC Desktop App. Please feel free to read thru my posts for what I was experiencing. I will put the link below.
This happened when I also tried to update CC Desktop and also, Photoshop, illustrator etc... it hung for hours and the ONLY way I found to fix it was this (Im on a Mac running High Sierra 10.13.6):
Open Activity Monitor and click Process Name in top bar, left. (This will put all the running Processes in Alphabetical order)
Look for the Creative Cloud download session, it may even say (Not Responding) in red, mine did! You may even have two?
Click the little X icon top left and select Force Quit. This halts and quits the processes from running the stuck d-load.
Reboot the Mac in 'Safe Mode' (Restart and hold down shift key til you see your login after Apple logo and bar loads)
Login under Admin
(I had to buy an Ethernet cable to hard-wire my modem for internet connection, as for some reason my wi-fi didn't work in Safe Mode, even though it said it was connected? I believe it's because of the slightly older OS system, but not 100% sure tbh?)
Open System Preferences>Network and select Ethernet at top. Click 'Advanced..' button
Click 'Proxies' tab and make sure there is a tick in the checkbox for 'Exclude simple hostnames'
(I also made sure that under 'Select a protocol to configure:' that NO boxes were checked)
Uncheck the tick box at the bottom for 'Use Passive FTP Mode (PASV)'
Click OK and then click 'Apply'
Go to Adobe's website to download CC Desktop: How to D-load the CC Desktop App
Scroll down the page to: 'Problems installing? Try alternative download links' and click the link to d-load
In Safe Mode on my older iMac, this d-loaded the CC Desktop App VERY quickly and I was amazed! After spending 3 days almost pulling out my hair (and also, I must add, after using CC Desktop for years with NO issues) I had followed instructions from these forums to completely delete ALL CC Apps so I had no Photoshop, illustrator etc and I had to Uninstall EVERY one . . One. At. A. Time. 😕 It was soul-destroying and frustrating beyond explanation! And incredibly time-wasting . .
So, after I was able to re-install a brand new version of CC Desktop in Safe Mode, I then selected Photoshop and then illustrator and then Acrobat, Bridge, Lightroom . . etc and they d-loaded VERY quickly 🙂 Yaayy! Result!
I then re-booted the iMac in normal mode and all was good in the Adobe world. 🙂 (sigh of relief - then back to work!)
I do hope this helps, and even if it can't help you, maybe it can assist someone, because I know how damn frustrating it has been for me not being able to get back to what we love doing - designing with incredible products. This has been a serious issue for me, never have I had such problems with Adobe products and I hate to be here feeling negative in any way, that's not me, I love what I do and without Adobe, couldn't do it - let's be honest!
Yes, fair enough, I have an older iMac . . but on my OS, it should work though and although Adobe 'helpers' here have suggested it is 'My iMac at fault', I simply disagree. Too many folks are posting serious concerns about CC Desktop Apps. I managed to finally fix it, but we will see how it goes (until I purchase a new iMac, but even then . . . ?)
And finally - here is a link to my original post asking for help: CC Desktop App Hanging at 20.5%
Sincerely, 🙂

Hey no worries, sorry I couldn't help tho 🙂
Bit of a long shot (as havent used a PC for a few yrs 😉 ) but can't you start the PC in Safe mode with Network? Maybe try what I suggested after that? When I d-loaded the CC Cleaner tool and launched it, it has the option to 'Repair' too, maybe try that also?
Sorry if that's no help..

PS: When I first started getting issues it ALWAYS hung at the same amount too, mine was 20.5%
After reading lots of posts/questions . . it seems irellevant which system, PC or Mac, there are the same issues, I guess just slightly different ways of fixing them.
Hope you get it sorted . . 🙂

I had a similar issue. Make sure that you have all Windows updates that are available. The one thing that was causing it for me, believe it or not, was that I needed to do a clean installation of the latest Studio graphics driver from the NVIDIA website. After doing that and restarting, all was OK.

Hearing more and more reports of this type of thing lately, unfortunately.
If the above suggestions don't work for you, then another option would be to request/use the new 2020 direct download links instead, which don't use the Creative Cloud Desktop app at all. With those, you can download offline installers which are industry-standard .exe/.dmg files.
It is frequently reported those standalone installers will download much faster (and complete!) over the same Internet connection than when using the CC Desktop app... nobody's really sure why.

So, i havent really fixed the issue, but sometimes the dowload just works. If you use the direct download links, it should work everytime, someone postes them here. I cant really help you, because idk what makes the dowload work, but closing everything execpt CC before installing helps. If you want to be real sure close everything including CC, then open it and close everything except CC again and try to download. That works best for me, but also only at the fifth attempt or so.
Good luck to everyone else facing this problem.
