Cant install Creative cloud!

Question

Cant install Creative cloud! Installation fails with error 72

I read and tried every suggestion i could find on community forum and google

All these steps do not solve the issue

Logged into windows as an administrator
Run installer as an administrator

Followed the following:

Cause: Group Policy is enabled

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

Is there anything else we can do. We have spent an entire half day trying to install this program. IT SHOULD NOT BE THAT HARD!

What operating system?
Tell us about your computer hardware. Be especially certain to tell us about your OS, CPU, RAM, GPU (make, model, driver version), any third-party I/O hardware (e.g., AJA, Blackmagic) and the type of media drives you are using.
What is your hard drive setup (how many, what kind, what is on each, and how full)?
