Cant install my cc aplication

Hello i try download illustrator and it says that but he does with photoshop same thing it says that:

Exit Code: 113

FATAL: Fatal Error '113' occurred while download

FATAL: Error in parsing Application JSON.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

before it says me a code like 118 ! for ape installation

Moving to Creative Cloud Download & Install​

Hi,

You can try the process mentioned below. This process is tested on Error 119.

Go to : C:\Program Files\Adobe

          :  Rename illustrator CC 2015 folder

          : relaunch the CC App and try to download

Please let me know if this works for you.

    No cuz in adobe folder u say it dont have illustrator and sorry the code of ape i say is 183
