Cant update apps on Creative Cloud

I cant update my apps.  Creative Cloud tells me to retry or contact customer support.  Ill retry but nothing happens. Whats wrong?

Without proper system info and other technical details like the exact error numbers/ codes nobody can say anything.

My internet connection is fine and I have no alternate ways to connect. It

just blows my mind that something as seemingly simple as updating programs

that I have paid for is not working. Makes me skeptical of creative cloud

and adobe in general.

Ndanty if you are on a wireless connection please try a wired connection.  If you are on wired connection please try a different cable.

A wired connection? Is that a caveat of purchasing Adobe CS that you might

not be able to use it on a wireless network? I don't have time to go buy a

cable and set that up, but I guess I'll have to make time if that's the

only way to update the program.

Ndanty if you would prefer you can contact our support team to assist with reviewing your download logs.  This would help you determine the specific failures.  If you are facing a quality of service issue then the logs will help confirm this as there will be failures within the logs.  The log files are located in the following locations:

  • Windows: %temp%\AdobeDownloads\
  • Mac OS: ~/Library/Logs/Adobe/AdobeDownloads/
