CC 2017 Installation RollBack or Unable to install after system format

First of all I'm using Windows 8.1 64 bit os and adobe cc 2017 version applications in my pc..

3 days back i was re install windows 8.1 bcoz of few problems after that any adobe cc versions not installing in my pc..

Only cs6 version installed successfully...

So I re installed another windows 8.1 but no use.. then I installed Windows 10 but problem was same...

I cant identifying what is problem why cc versions not installing even after clean os..

And also i completely formated my HDD and installing os but even after that problem was same..

So I think maybe problem with software so I downloaded 2018 trail version but that was also not installing..

When I trying to install cc versions ... Installing bar rolling back and closing ..

Please help me guys..Anyone know solution
