hi all,
the second picture shows CS6 which are provided by my school while the first picture shows CC which are downloaded from adobe creative cloud. May i ask if there is any difference between CC and CS6? which is better? Is CC redundant to be in my computer - do i have to uninstall it cause it is a duplicate of Cs6?
Also, if i use my enterprise account to upgrade CS6, do i have to pay any additional charge for it? will it be automatically changed to CC that requires monthly payment?
Please advise.
hope to receive your reply.
Thank you!

But CS6 does not require any subscription account.
CS6 was available at the time on a subscription basis or on a perpetual license. If you have a CS6 license, you can use it until the point that your OS does no more support that software.
CC does not require a serial number, but requires an internet connection every 30 or 90 days, depending on your subscription (monthly or yearly). CC will get continuous updates. Since CS6 there is a lot that happened to all of the products.
And

cs6 is the oldest around and CC should be kept up to date... your school is using 2017 software verson of cc which is two years out (coming on to 3) and a lot has changed
you can use cc to download older versons (including cs6) for a task if you need backwards file compatibility for a project but any school still actively teaching Cs6 is wasting your time!

But CS6 does not require any subscription account. In other words, you can use it without paying any additional charge. On the other hand, cc requires serial number/ membership which is only workable if you pay for monthly plan. Am i right?

And basically, there is no "upgrade" from CS6 to CC available. You simply buy the subscription and get the latest software. The subscription price is +- what we used paying in upgrade fees for the complete CS at the time. But with the formula we have now, we have added flexibility and we have expanded our user base from 4 to 6 licenses.
The perpetual license model was only advantageous for those who never upgraded and stuck for an eternity to the old software they once bought. There are still people out using CS2 or CS3.

you should not be using an enterprise account... they are limited and a personal account is what you want once you finish school
if you want to do anything worthwhile with Adobe software then a CC subscription is the best option... learning on a cs6 now is like doing motor mechanics at school and learning all about steam tractors
